Intended Use: Inorganic Phosphorus Test Kit (Phosphomolybdate Method) is intended for quantitative in vitro determination of IP concentration in serum on photometric systems and auxiliary diagnosis for metabolic phosphorus disorder. IP in vivo exists mainly in the form of phosphate, composing the buffer system in blood. Increasing concentration of IP in serum used to be seen in hypoparathyroidism, chronic nephritis, VD toxication, multiple myeloma and fracture healing period, etc. Declining situation can be seen in hyperparathyroidism, VD deficiency and the defect of renal tubular reabsorption, etc.
